Steak and Broccoli Stir Fry
Quick 10 Minute Dinner
Ingredients
• 1 lb flank steak (thinly sliced)
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp ginger (grated)
• Salt & pepper
Steps
1. Heat sesame oil in skillet over high heat.
2. Add steak, season with salt/pepper, sear 2-3 min per side until browned. Remove.
3. Add broccoli, garlic, ginger—stir-fry 3-4 min until crisp-tender.
4. Return steak, pour in soy sauce, toss 1 min to coat.
5. Serve hot.
