Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
Crispy Low Carb Side 5 Minute Prep
Ingredients
• 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed, 12 spears)
• 6-8 strips bacon (thin-cut, no sugar)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper
Steps
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Toss asparagus with oil, salt, pepper.
3. Wrap each spear with ½ strip bacon.
4. Place on baking sheet (seam down).
5. Bake 12-15 min until bacon crisps.
