Baked Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients

• 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

• 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1 lemon (sliced)

• 2 cloves garlic (minced)

• Salt & pepper

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp oil, garlic, salt, pepper.

3. Place on baking sheet with salmon.

4. Drizzle salmon with remaining oil, top with lemon slices.

5. Bake 12-15 min until salmon flakes.
